General Audience PRESS: https://www.sfcv.org/articles/review/two-artists-one-mind Inspired by quantum entanglement, a phenomenon in which particles are inextricably linked regardless of the distance separating them, the profound interweaving of sound, movement and technology is explored. The evening explores the diversity and transformation of bodies, transcending the conventional boundaries of performance. In this immersive experience, virtuoso vocal techniques and electronic manipulation intertwine with a precise physical vocabulary to create a hypnotic environment where cause and effect are blurred; distortions of perception are revealed and audience expectations are challenged. The audience is invited into a realm of heightened sensory perception, where technological interventions not only complement the performance, but fundamentally alter the understanding of presence, connection and temporal experience. The work is both an artistic proposal and a phenomenological experiment; it explores how bodies can exist in multiple states simultaneously, reflecting the quantum principles that increasingly define our understanding of physical reality. With „INTRICACY“, composer Pamela Z and choreographer Christine Saulut Bonansea present the latest result of their ongoing artistic dialogue, following their acclaimed collaboration at the Fresh Festival in San Francisco in 2019. Choreography, Performance: Christine Bonansea Saulut Composition, Performance: Pamela Z Visual design: Christine Bonansea Saulut, Pamela Z Duration:50 min Language: english A production by Christine Bonansea Saulut and Pamela Z in co-production with DOCK ART.

Through a phenomenological framework inspired by Husserl's philosophy, the work investigates the intricate relationship between structure and perception in performance. The mediums establish a compelling dialogue between the tangible physicality of the dancer and responsive electronic soundscapes. At its core, the body navigates structural elements, revealing its impact into spatio-temporal dimensions generated by the sonic architecture. This embodied approach creates a unique choreographic language where movement and sound intertwine in unexpected ways. These reactive sonic architectures extend to an immersive experience that transcends traditional boundaries between choreography and musical composition. Morphoses further explores the fascinating tension between the corporeal presence of performers and the disembodied nature of artificial agents. The electroacoustic composition functions as a mediating force, building bridges between physical and virtual domains. This creates a thought-provoking conversation between organic human expression and artificial systems, revealing both harmonies and contradictions in their interaction. Through this multisensory experience, audiences are invited to reconsider how we perceive embodiment, technology, and artistic creation in the contemporary world.
